Customer contact information such as emails or phone numbers.
People who engaged with your content on Facebook such as posts or ads.

How to create a Custom Audience based on people's engagement

Follow these steps to create a Custom Audience based on the people who have previously engaged with your content on Facebook.

Go to your Audiences.
Click Create a Custom Audience.
Click Engagement on Facebook.
Choose between many options such as people who commented on any of your Page posts or spent time watching your videos.

It may take up to 30 minutes to import your list and create your audience. Once your audience is ready, it will be available to use when you create your next ad.

3 tips to connect with the right people

Retarget the people who engaged with your content on Facebook such as those who commented on any of your Page posts.

Exclude your current customers in specific occasions, such as when you include an offer for new customers only.

Expand your audience by finding people who share traits – like interests, age, or location – with your MailChimp subscribers with a lookalike audience.
